I feel safe saying we will not be future customers of Timbers, Hartford. The burgers in New Buffalo and Dowagiac were lightly charred while the one from Hartford appeared to have been microwaved. The sandwich came on a 5 inch grilled bun much like the ones we had in New Buffalo and Dowagiac however, the burger was about 3.5 inches in diameter and about 60% of the thickness where the ones before were sized equal to the bun diameter. Once we received the order this is where the real surprise hit. It took about 30 minutes for the order to arrive. After placing order we noticed customers, who ordered before and after had received their food, consumed it and left and we had not.

The line was not long but there was only one station open to take orders and it was Senior Day. First, it was 8:30PM and it took over 30 minutes to.
